The UTBS are low profile air handlers designed specifically for installation in false ceiling. The range includes 4 different sizes for airflows between 500 and 8000 m3/h: UTBS-2: airflow from 500 to 1700 m3/h and 360 mm height. UTBS-3: airflow from 1200 to 3000 m3/h and 410 mm height. UTBS-5: airflow from 2400 to 5000 m3/h and 410mm height. UTBS-8: airflow from 4000 to 8000 m3/h and 500 mm height. The framework is made of extruded aluminium profiles and reinforced nylon corner joints. Double skin sandwich panels with 25 mm mineral wool insulation (good thermal and acoustic performance). Plastic coated outer panel and galvanised steel inner panel. High performance backward curved centrifugal, direct driven fans (plug fans) dynamically balanced. High efficiency three phase motors with protection IP54 and insulation class F. Motors are designed to work with a frequency drive. Motors equipped with thermal protection (PTO).  

Range of roof mounted mixed flow fans supplied as standard for extract operation. The models 500 and 800 are manufactured from high strength injection moulded plastic, and models 1300 and 2000 from high grade pressed sheet steel.The bases are manufactured from sheet steel.The cowls are manufactured from pressed sheet steel (500 and 800 models) or spun aluminium (1200 and 2000). All models incorporate a bird guard and base cable gland entry point as standard. All metallic parts are protected with a black epoxy-polyester weatherproof paint coating. The motor and impeller casing can be easily removed by 2 fixing clamps.

Dynamically balanced motor-roller assembly. Single-phase motor 230V - 50/60Hz, IP44, Class F (Class B model 190/060), grease ball bearings permanent and thermal protector. Includes IP65 remote terminal box.

Range of direct drive backward curved centrifugal cabinet fans designed for ventilation of commercial kitchens and industrial applications. Cabinet fan manufactured from aluminium profiles and double thickness side panels internally lined with 25 mm thickness of fireproof fiberglass acoustic insulation. Circular duct connection flange on the inlet and outlet. CVAB-N/CVAT-N incorporates direct drive backward curved centrifugal impeller,manufactured from aluminium (CVAB-N) or steel (CVAT-N) sheet, with motor fitted inside the air stream.
