FORWARD CURVED BELT DRIVE CABINET FANS

CVTT SERIES

This series is a range of belt-driven cabinet fans with forward-curved impellers, designed for reliable air handling in industrial and commercial applications. Constructed from galvanised steel sheet and internally lined with melamine acoustic insulation (M1), they provide effective noise reduction and robust performance.

ATTRIBUTES

Efficient design – incorporates a double inlet, low-pressure centrifugal fan, mounted on anti-vibration supports with a flexible coupling at the discharge.
Standard configuration – supplied with horizontal discharge (code H), with the motor, pulley, and belt assembly positioned on the right-hand side when viewed from the discharge outlet.

Motors:

All motors are IP55, Class F insulated.
Electrical supply:
Three-phase 220–240/380–415V, 50/60Hz (up to 3 kW).
Three-phase 380–415V, 50Hz for higher power and two-speed motors.
Single-phase 230V, 50Hz up to 1.5 kW (CVTB version).
Motors up to 2.2 kW are mounted directly on the fan casing scroll.
Motors above 3 kW are mounted on an adjoining support frame.
All three-phase motors are speed controllable by frequency inverter.

Vertical discharge (code V) configuration.
Models with circular inlet flanges.
Double-skin panels with 17 mm fireproof (M0) fibreglass acoustic insulation.
Two-speed motors (4/8 and 4/6 poles).
